• Where can I find my Customer ID?

    To find your Customer ID, log in to the ImPACT Applications Customer Center and click on the Organizations tab. Select the organization and your Customer ID code will appear below.  

  • Can post-injury testing be completed at home?

    ImPACT post-injury testing can be delivered remotely using any approved telemedicine system to allow for supervised administration by a qualified healthcare provider. You can distribute ImPACT post-injury tests to patients using your Customer Center. Read the instructions on how to do so.

  • Can baseline testing be completed at home?
