  • Can I administer ImPACT Version 4 on a tablet?

    ImPACT Version 4 can be administered on a tablet, such as a Microsoft Surface, as long as the tablet uses a supported internet browser version, meets the minimum screen size requirement, has a physical keyboard, and has an external mouse or trackpad. Touchscreens should not be used for test administration.

  • What happens to tests I had in inventory prior to ImPACT Version 4?

    All tests you have in inventory remain valid.

  • Can I still use the testing purchased prior to ImPACT Version 4?

    All testing that was previously purchased will be automatically converted to ImPACT Version 4. You do not need to do anything for this to occur.

  • Where can I find my Customer ID?

    To find your Customer ID, log in to the ImPACT Applications Customer Center and click on the Organizations tab. Select the organization and your Customer ID code will appear below.

  • Can I enter multiple email addresses at once when distributing remote baseline or post-injury tests through the Customer Center?

    You can enter up to 200 email addresses at once. You have the option of doing this manually or using a variety of document and spreadsheet programs (e.g. Word docs, Excel sheets) to copy and paste the email addresses into the Customer Center.

  • Can I resend baseline testing codes to test takers who can’t locate the email?

    Revoking and reissuing will not trigger an additional email to be sent. You are able to revoke the old code and send an entirely new one. Or you can look up their code within the ImPACT Applications Customer Center and provide them with the current code along with the link…

  • Do test codes distributed through the Customer Center expire?

    ImPACT baseline test codes expire in 90 days. ImPACT post-injury test codes expire in 7 days. Distribute test codes in the Customer Center.

  • Can post-injury testing be completed at home?

    ImPACT post-injury testing can be delivered remotely using any approved telemedicine system to allow for supervised administration by a qualified healthcare provider. You can distribute ImPACT post-injury tests to patients using your Customer Center. Read the instructions on how to do so.
