Revoking and reissuing will not trigger an additional email to be sent. You are able to revoke the old code and send an entirely new one. Or you can look up their code within the ImPACT Applications Customer Center and provide them with the current code along with the link to this page. They will be able to launch the test.
Only redeemed codes will come out of your testing bank.
