Why am I not listed on Concussion Care Providers directory?

There are a few reasons why you might not be listed on Concussion Care Providers:

1. You are not an ImPACT Credentialed healthcare provider. To become one, start by taking one of the programs below:

   Credentialed ImPACT Consultant (CIC)

   ImPACT Trained Athletic Trainer (ITAT)

   ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist (ITPT)

   ImPACT Trained Physiotherapist (ITPT)*

   ImPACT Trained Occupational Therapist (ITOT) 

   *For PTs located outside the United States

   ---

2. You became a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant (CIC) in the past, but haven’t paid your yearly maintenance fee. To do so, contact support@impacttest.com.

3. ---

   You became a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant (CIC) in the past, but haven’t updated your credential by taking a maintenance course. To do so, take this course.

4. ---

   You are an ITAT and, for this reason, you are listed on a different directory (linked to our How To Set Up a Concussion Protocol guide).

5. ---

   There was a technical error in updating your listing. If you don’t fit in any of the above, please email info@impacttest.com with your name, credential, and information you’d like to display in your listing.
